I. Product & Quality

Q: Does your plush toy shed?A: New toys may have a small amount of loose surface fur, which is normal. Simply pat it a few times after unpacking. It will not shed heavily during normal use or washing.
Q: Does the toy have any odor?A: All toys are made with brand-new fabric and filling, and are basically odorless. If there is a slight fabric smell upon arrival, it will disappear after airing out for half a day.
Q: What is the filling inside? Will it clump?A: It is filled with high-elastic PP cotton, full and evenly distributed. It resists clumping well during normal squeezing and washing, with good resilience.
Q: Are the stitches secure? Will small parts fall off?A: All seams are reinforced. Eyes, noses and other accessories are tightly fixed. They won’t fall off easily under normal play, but are not recommended for infants to bite.
Q: How different is the actual product from the pictures?A: All pictures are taken in kind. Slight color differences may occur due to lighting and monitors. The style, size and workmanship are subject to the actual product.

II. Size, Style & Selection

Q: How is the size measured? Is it overstated?A: Length is measured straight from head to toe. A 2–3 cm difference due to manual measurement is normal.
Q: Can I choose styles/colors?A: All in-stock styles are available for selection. Please leave a note when ordering or inform customer service directly.
Q: What age group or occasions is it suitable for?A: Suitable for daily companionship, gifting, claw machines, event gifts, store sales, etc. Recommended for ages 3+. Parental supervision is required for infants.
Q: Do you have softer/firmer/larger/smaller styles?A: We offer various sizes and fabrics, from mini keychains to oversized plush dolls. We can recommend according to your needs.

III. Washing & Care

Q: Can plush toys be washed with water?A: Most can be hand-washed or gently machine-washed. Use a laundry bag, neutral detergent, and avoid vigorous rubbing or prolonged soaking.
Q: What if it becomes deformed or not fluffy after washing?A: Pat and knead the filling frequently while drying to loosen it. It will regain fluffiness once fully dry. Do not expose to direct sunlight for too long.
Q: How to clean stains?A: Small stains can be wiped with a damp towel. For large areas, full washing is recommended.
Q: Can it be spin-dried in a washing machine?A: Yes, on low speed. Lay flat to dry afterward. Avoid direct sun to prevent hardening or discoloration.

IV. Wholesale & Ordering

Q: What is the minimum order quantity? Can I mix styles?A: Mixed orders are supported. You may combine different styles once the MOQ is met.
Q: Can the wholesale price be lower?A: We offer better unit prices for larger quantities. Pricing is negotiable based on order volume.
Q: Are items in stock? How long does delivery take?A: Most styles are in stock and shipped within 48 hours after ordering. You will be notified in advance if an item is out of stock.
Q: Do you offer dropshipping?A: Yes, we support one-piece dropshipping. No inventory needed; we ship directly to your customers.
Q: How are they packaged? Will they be squashed?A: Standard simple plastic packaging. Slight compression during shipping is normal. Patting after unpacking will restore fullness.

V. After-Sales Service

Q: What if the item arrives damaged or dirty?A: Inspect promptly upon receipt. For quality issues, send photos to customer service for proper resolution.
Q: What if wrong styles are sent or items are missing?A: After order verification, we will resend missing/correct items or process refunds. You will not bear any loss.
Q: Is squashing during shipping considered a quality defect?A: No. Plush material is elastic. It can be restored by patting and kneading after unpacking.
Q: Can I return or exchange items if I don’t like them?A: Returns or exchanges may be negotiated if the product is unused and resalable. Return shipping fees are the buyer’s responsibility for non-quality issues.

VI. Customization (Basic)

Q: Can you print logos or patterns?A: Simple printing and embroidery are available when the order quantity meets requirements.
Q: Can you make dolls based on my own images?A: Yes, we accept custom designs from pictures. Pricing depends on design complexity, with a minimum order quantity.
Q: How long for sampling and bulk production?A: Sampling generally takes a few days. Bulk lead time depends on quantity and production schedule.
